It is not very reflective.

Pictures using the flash are misleading -- this tape is not very reflective.
Tested with a flashlight in a dark room, it barely stands out under the direct beam, and reflects nearly nothing when lit from the side. I was going to use this on my bike, but will need to pick a better brand to ensure I am seen.

Pros

It looks nice, But the adhesion is not good enough, it got out constantly on my bike.

Cons

Only effective up to a certain distance
