I have already bought a similar blanket set and I really liked it - it was soft, comfortable and without wrinkles. So I wanted to try this blanket. however, it did not meet my expectations. ripped after first wash. I also used a gentle cycle and washed with cold water according to the instructions. the fabric is soft so i have to add this to a blanket. I contacted customer service and they gave me a full refund without asking for a refund which was nice. but still. I would rather have a great product that I can use without throwing it away.
