I ordered the size small, I'm 5'7", 170 lbs, athletic/muscular build. In a world where XL bellies are the norm, is it's very difficult to find the right shirt for me so most shirts are for those who are tall and tall with a belly well I'm short and fit so I usually swim in the smallest sizes they fit Make mens shirts, or need to buy kids shirts in a plus size lol. This shirt is still too big for me even though it is small. I bought this shirt to tuck in to play golf because of the polyester and the material dries quickly. However, I just can't stand the muffin lid as it's too big for me when you put it in. Also, the length is too long to wear loosely. I hope this review helps others to determine the size, i.e a buying online can otherwise be quite difficult.
