Great for Halloween makeup. I use it along with Mehron White Setting Powder and Mehron Protective Makeup Spray and it sets really well! Small things have a big impact. does not stain clothes. I also tested it on my arm to make sure the tattoos could stick to it and stick well. First I applied white clown. Then fixing powder. Finally a protective spray and then temporary tattoos. Makeup does not smear or smear. If there is more than one tattoo you might need a little touch up but I didn't have to touch up around the tattoos. This combo would be great for this year's Sugar Skull Face Paint (Day of the Dead).
