They are ideal for use in the office or at home.

The quality of in-ear headphones often comes down to how they fit. It's no use if they keep popping open or needing adjustment while you're wearing them. The AH-C400 fits very well and the sound is very linear. They're great for office or home use, but I found they couldn't block out noise like the Etymotic outdoors. Also, it would be nice to have a clip to hold the cord as the cord can make a lot of noise when moved. In addition, I am very satisfied with the quality and the price at which I bought them.
