How big should a piece be before packaging?
I needed wrappers for homemade caramel but I didn't know what size caramel should be based on how I wanted to wrap the candy. I suggest cutting the caramel to the size of a store-bought candy. If it's too big, you won't be able to wrap it completely or twist the ends successfully! Too bad, the ones that are too big simply have to be eaten!
