Great chair warmer!
I'm using this ValueRays chair warmer as part of my arsenal to keep warm in the Northeast this winter. It's excellent for beating the first frost in the morning when I sit down and keeps me warm during my workouts. I definitely turn it off when it gets too hot and regularly turn it back on when I'm cold again. It simply plugs into my USB port on my laptop. Buy this if you catch a cold easily!
