I love that you can create private groups to keep your files in, so they don't get lost or accidentally shared with people who are not supposed too see them! You have an option as well if it's public/private; which makes things easier when giving access permissions since we would otherwise waste time trying different combinations until someone gives us permission after creating something (sometimes upvoting). It was really hard finding this software at first because there wasn’t much information out about how their platform worked - what features were available etc., but once i found more info online all my questions had answers & everything made sense :) Great tool overall- definitely helps reduce confusion by keeping documents organized within one space rather than having multiple folders scattered around our office!!
