Bought this as a set with Rubbermaid's non-slip cutlery tray, large, black, 1.9x 11.9 x 15.1 Rubbermaid Non-Slip Cutlery Tray, Large, Black, 1.9 x 11.9 x 15.1 These locking drawers are NOT compatible with the Rubbermaid cutlery tray. They are deeper and longer than the cutlery drawer. style/color but it's not. So you just sit next to the big tray, which is fine, but not what I was hoping/planning. Also, they don't stick to each other. (see photo) just slides, not "clicks". Once connected, they slide against each other in the connection mechanism. I will be buying 2 more as it will fill my cutlery drawer with compartments. Too bad they don't actually CLOSED into each other and it's bad design too that they don't fit on Sister's cutlery tray. It won't matter much because once they're weighed down with cutlery, they won't move.
