I ordered 8-13mm kits to experiment and find natural looking lashes and I love them! BUT I've had trouble removing some of these from the adhesive strips and some rows seem to fall apart completely no matter how carefully I remove them. One box was much more faulty than the others so the company was contacted and they sent a replacement set and return label for the faulty box. The 13mm set arrived a few weeks later than the others and looks completely different from the others. Darker and not so thin, with a different pattern and not merging with others, so it will come back too. Overall I will keep ordering again but wish they would fall apart so easily.
