I bought this system about 5 years ago. In this time I already have the second DVR from them. The first stopped working after 3 months. I contacted the support team which is based in Japan so it had to be done via email and they responded while I was sleeping due to the time difference. So I had to ask every question I had and then wait until the next day to answer them and it took over a week before they finally sent me another dashcam. During this time, the DVR turned off several times (the Zosi home screen appeared) and froze on that screen. Again I had to email for several days before they finally sent me an update that I had to download onto a flash drive. It didn't work and I had to email them multiple times for help as it didn't work. Also, getting the system to work with the Remote Camera View app was very outdated and problematic to work with. I'm very tech savvy so it wasn't because I had no idea what I was doing. Fast forward to 2020 and the dash cam stopped working again. I tried contacting support, this time via Facebook messenger and they immediately asked for my order ID. I provided this and that was the last I heard from them. I have sent several SMS and emails with no response. I should have listened to the other reviews I read before buying. UPDATE: Zosi contacted me and gave me step by step instructions to update the system, all through Facebook messenger. The system is running!
