-- The handle lifts up easily and lower, so I know there will be no lag on the plane when trying to lower the grip - a big plus. -- The exterior of the bag is very nice and the size is perfect for my needs -- There is enough space in the bag for all my cables and office supplies, including two on each side of the handle - a very pleasant surprise! -- There is enough space for my laptop, folders and iPad with plenty of space to store. However -- It's been a week and I still haven't gotten rid of the strong plastic smell. This is very disappointing, I've tried baking soda, newspaper, dryer sheets, vinegar solution and even a Scentsy Disc! I just have to be patient and wait I guess. I really hate giving anything other than 5 stars and don't usually rate anything that I can't give an enthusiastic recommendation for, but I think the overpowering plastic/chemical smell is something others should be aware of. I'm still optimistic that the smell will go away on its own. I'm so glad I didn't have to use it right away.
