Delivered next day. As advertised, the new Dell D3000 USB 3.0 docking station. Connects easily to a Dell laptop and works great. I downloaded the updated Displaylink drivers (http://www.displaylink.com/support/downloads.php) to set it up (download and install the drivers before connecting the dock to the laptop for the first time connect). You connect a network cable, monitor cable (1 DVI, 1 HDMI), speaker/mic cable, wireless KB/mouse, other USB devices, etc. to it, and then plug the included cable into the laptop's USB port. Has its own power supply. At the time of my order, Revain was $70 cheaper than Dell, although Dell has discounts on this item (right now, for example).
