Sizing is true to size. I'm medium and there was space in medium and it was perfect for work bibs. Loose enough to move, but not so loose that you can get lost in it. Then try to sit or bend in any way. and the step is so painfully high. Don't even bother with these! Buy Carhartts instead. worth the extra money and they have crotch room. I felt so uncomfortable in them. The fabric is nice, light and comfortable and I thought I'd like them, but when we're at work we need to be able to move and I was also a little worried they wouldn't be strong enough to take the load . and don't tear. Got a blurry pair too lol Must have missed it on return. Don't worry I might come back but it doesn't seem worth even trying. I have some Carhartt bibs that are out of stock. Instead, I'm waiting for them to refill and switch to a brand I know and love.
