I bought 2 new Lenovo Q27q-10 monitors. After 1.5 years, one of the monitors had an issue that caused the OSD to keep showing. Also, the monitor still freezes at the lowest brightness setting and I can't change it due to the OSD freezing. I called Lenovo tech support three times, each call lasted over an hour. I was told by tech support that the monitor needs to be repaired, but since Lenovo's warranty expires in 1 year, I will be responsible for the cost of the repair. I took it to a computer repair shop where the technician told me he needed to replace the control board. He told me that the control board was sold out everywhere he tried, so he couldn't fix the monitor. I've been here for 1.5 years without a working monitor. I have to spend another $350 to replace the monitor. I will never buy a Lenovo product again. Stay away from Lenovo: Their products are poorly made and if they break, Lenovo is of no help. Terrible company, terrible customer service.
