I like that we can connect directly from our mobile devices or laptops without having to create an account first! We are able to report issues instantly instead of waiting days/weeks before you receive feedback.

It's not always easy to determine what is actually being reported but this helps us find it much quicker than if they had to go through emailing back and forth until something comes up in their inbox later down the road. Sometimes there will be times where nothing shows even though someone has looked at your issue (not closed) which makes me wonder how well people have been looking into my problems and whether I'm just missing out somewhere else because no one told them about it yet. This process allows those who need help quickly after discovering vulnerabilities to get immediate assistance so hopefully everyone gets better outcomes when working together!
