Good fun exercise. Suitable for preparing for skiing.
This is a great exercise to prepare for your ski vacation. Fun workout too. I love that you can add or remove tiles to make them as long as you like. We use it on carpets so you don't have to use it on a flat surface. However, your dog may bark at you. They're not used to seeing you slide around and it confuses them π¬.
