We started using the bell with our first puppy many years ago. We had two dogs that just didn't know how to tell us it was time to get out, or maybe we just didn't recognize the signals. I saw a video of using the call so we gave it a try. This call works great. It's very durable and you don't have to worry about not hearing it. So after about a month of treats, rewards and training. Our friend (Lab/Shepard mix) started using this call. She was around 3-4 months old when she learned to use the phone. Before the call, all we had to do was potty train her on a very consistent schedule, and it worked 90% of the time. Since she learned to ring the bell, she hasn't had a single accident. She is so funny! She rings once and sits waiting for us to let her out. If for some reason we don't answer, she'll call a few more times. If we still don't respond by the time she deems appropriate, she rings the bell as if it were on fire. That's the most fun! Our pets are so smart! we just have to be patient with them and give them the love and time they need to learn. Thank you for creating such a wonderful product. I highly recommend it.
