These bags are approximately 3.5ft tall and 2.5ft wide. They are a strong mesh with a nylon zipper. I bought these to wash guinea pig bedding, each piece is 4'x2.5' double fleece. I can easily wash 6 of these in 1 bag. I have a front loading and after washing I opened the bags. Huge clumps of hair fell out leaving pieces that didn't shake off and my machine was as clean as washing regular laundry. After shaking I put them back in the bag and ran them through the dryer, no mess and they smelled clean. CON I've washed and dried each bag 3 times and the zippers 1 stick out so much I had to rub them down with soap and still have a hard time zipping them up so I'm not sure what they cost if it did it's about durability.
