This is an update of my review. I have to say the customer service is excellent. After receiving an unsealed package, leaving a 2 star review, sending the package back and getting a refund, I got a replacement! I received a lovely candle set that looks beautiful and works like a charm! So I have no choice but to add another 3 stars to my original rating :) Initial feedback I received my package a few minutes ago and was surprised that it was sent unsealed and anyone could open it. The package and candles look intact and nice but now I'm not sure if I have all the parts as there is 1 empty package in the box (2nd photo is attached). It's a small bag, but it looks like there's something inside. I'm saddened to have to return it as I'm not sure I'll get a replacement before the holidays and if it's well sealed. I know what part I missed and is it important? Many Thanks.
