Lovely pastel colors just like the picture. Very good value for money! They have three layers of soft tulle and an elastic waistband. I bought several packs for my 4 year old Princess and Knight for her birthday. Size 4-10 (from same seller) fits 6 year olds and larger 4 year olds well. The 4 year old had the tutus down to his knees but they looked good and he could wear them for a few more years! However, I'm glad I also bought a few small packs (Size: 10m - 3T) as they are perfect for 2-3 year old siblings and small/skinny 4 year old girls. The waist is smaller (but still elastic) and shorter.
