It arrived vacuum sealed which caused terrible creases. I ended up sending it back because the creases couldn't be removed. Ironed under a cloth, steamed off, loosened up in the dryer, hung up for a day, tried everything. I was dying to keep this jacket, but nothing really smoothed out the wrinkles. I felt the creases made it look cheap and sloppy. Otherwise, this is a very cute and stylish jacket. It is true to size and the fur was very cute and I loved the touch of gold. But I couldn't handle the wrinkles.
