The buckle broke just a week and a half after using it

The belt buckle fell apart just a week and a half after I started using it so the handle fell out and I couldn't find it so I couldn't find it and couldn't fix it and the buckle itself just doesn't seem to stick to the belt, everything is so cool, it looks like a good belt buckle but it isn't.
