Lean hemp is perfect for a quick meal—it's delicious, easy, and keeps me hungry while I'm teaching classes and I don't have to worry about what's in it. I mix it with some coconut milk for a quick snack, or add fruit and nut butters and mix in when I need a larger meal replacement. Chocolate is my favorite!
