The best thing about working with p3 is that they have been able to do things in an efficient manner without having to hire new staff. They also understand how we operate as a business which makes it easy for them to come up with ideas/solutions needed. Sometimes there can be delays from their system but since its online everything gets updated at once. There isn't much I dislike about this platform; however sometimes our inventory level doesn't match what's actually coming into our channel so that can cause issues of course. Its great having all products listed in one place where customers know exactly what product they want. It helps me monitor my sales trends weekly. This allows us to make changes quickly if need be.
