Review on 🪑 SIHOO Ergonomic Office Chair: Adjustable Sponge Lumbar Support, Comfortable Cushion High Back with Headrest and Armrests - Black by Candy Malone

Have been using this chair since September 2020, here are my thoughts. Pros: - It's very convenient! I sit in this chair more than 6 hours a day with no discomfort. The seat padding is adequate and the armrests are firm but not overly rough. Lots of setting options. I sit up straight at work and can lean back when playing games or watching a movie. The locking mechanism is intuitive despite only having 3 adjustment options - looks professional and goes well with my wfh customization features like 3 preset recline levels, headrest height and recline and armrest height, enough for this price point! Cons: - Armrests feel flimsy at times, height adjustment is good but at the expense of stability. They sway side to side at any height, but when fully extended it's noticeable. BIG PROBLEM: The tilt lock mechanism has failed after 9 months of use and will no longer lock in the upright position. I'm not sure if it's a defect or just the quality of the part. The rest of the tilt locks work, just not in the fully upright position, which unfortunately I use most often! All in all a good chair for the money.
