Review on Bamboo Charcuterie Board with Unique Cheese Selection by Larry Morris

This is a great charcuterie board to start with, I've had other boards but my biggest problem has been losing knives all the time. I love that this board has space for knives! My only gripe is that it's a bit more difficult to clean and you have to be careful when slicing the cheese so you don't scratch the board as badly. Update: This board scratches very easily! We used the knives that came with the board and tried to be very careful but still got a lot of scratches on it.
