This does not have the support to be a workout bra and I did not purchase it for that reason. Instead, I purchased this for a halter dress as I felt this would be more comfortable than a strapless bra which always feels like it is falling down. I was right! This is perfect for a halter or top with a cut out in the back and you don't have to worry about the strapless bra digging in or slipping down. I would recommend this bra as a good solution for those applications.
