Review on EMF Cap - Shielding RF And EMF From Cell Towers - Smart Meters - WIFI (Medium Olivewood) by Edward Henderson

Great hat! Make sure you are buying from the right seller and use other hats as a sizing guide.

Following other recommendations in the reviews, I ordered a small one (I'm only 5ft 3in and 120lbs), despite measuring the baseball cap I normally wear with no EMF protection. and the diameter was closer to average, I followed the reviewers' recommendations. When I put this hat on for the first time I felt like I was waking up, thinking more clearly and my two day headache was gone. I quickly took off my hat because it was 10pm and I DID NOT need to wake up at that time lol. I expected it to be useless. On the underside of the cap you can see the woven thread of the fiber. For all the bad reviews saying it's just another baseball cap: MAKE SURE THE TAG IS MADE IN CANADA! Otherwise, it was purchased from a fake third party. My only complaint is that I didn't take my ridiculously thick hair into account, and since the hat isn't adjustable and is just an elastic band, it ended up being too tight. I managed to wear it all day and after 6 hours it started to hurt and the gum depression was gone forever. I'm sure if my hair wasn't so thick this hat would fit perfectly. My hair takes over 4 hours to dry naturally after a shower and when I cut it, it often has to take breaks, its hands get tired. I have so much thick hair on my head. For reference only. I pinned a photo of the tag to my hat, which seems to have eased the symptoms of EMT. Today I tested it again by going to a park with a huge cell tower and overhead power lines where I usually get very tired. I'm not as tired as usual. The best advice I can give is to measure the diameter of other comfortable hats and order them by that. If you are quite short with normal hair, the small size will suit you. In one of the photos I think you can see the silver fibers woven into it.
