Review on Armen Living LCVIBAGRWA26 Counter Barstool by Tonya Young

This is a stylish and very well made stool. In person it is even better than the description on the website. My wife is an artist and she wanted something comfortable with footrests to rest her feet on while she works at the drafting table. It meets all her requirements and she likes it. But the best thing about this product is the genuine customer support! When was the last time you heard that? That's how I found out. When assembling it, I found that 2 of the 4 rubber feet were missing. The bottom of the legs have bolt threaded inserts and 2 were blank. The other 2 had the brand's cute rubber pads attached to the machine with threaded bolts that screwed into the legs. Like the other stools, they were very well designed and looked solid. In the box was a leaflet with instructions on how to contact the manufacturer in case of problems. I emailed them a copy of my Revain order and a description of the problem. I didn't throw away the packaging. I've been in this situation before and figured I'd most likely have to disassemble it, box it up and send it back. The next morning I received an email from Armen Living. Without asking any questions, they informed me that they had sent a work order to their factory to send the parts. They politely apologized for the inconvenience. I was skeptical. I received an email from their factory the same day. The items were shipped with a FedEx tracking number. I checked and the package was indeed received and at the FedEx facility. hit me with a pen That's how it should work, but it never does. Spare parts arrived promptly even in the freezing cold and snowstorm. They were the right part and screwed easily into the legs. It would have been nice if all parts were included, but this genuine customer service has really rekindled my belief that great American manufacturing companies still exist.
