I bought two of these to use side by side on a mount and they worked great for just over two months and then one of them developed a vertical line down the middle of the display. :( I have contacted Scepter customer service to see how they fix the issue. Hopefully they will replace it with an identical monitor so I can keep a matching pair. I'm really not looking forward to returning the faulty monitor Oh ok , I guess that's the risk you run trying to save a few bucks! lol The short answer is Scepter Customer Service asked me to fill out a repair request form to send the monitor back to them for repair at Guarantee to be free but shipping was my responsibility I contacted the wonderful CS Revain and explained the situation, they were kind enough to set up a return/refund through Revain and I received my refund within an hour which was the time it took me I needed to pack up the monitor and ship it to the UPS location. Ordered a new monitor same day and received it today btw ei days after the problem started with the original monitor. Done! Revain is great!
