Disappointed. After 4 hours of use the memory foam still hasn't adjusted to my neck! Because of this, my neck hurt more than before. Too bad because the shape, size, material and memory foam were the reason I ordered it. This is an extremely HARD memory foam, better suited for a mattress topper than neck comfort. I was looking forward to a well-formed memory foam headrest that wasn't too big, with an itchy furry finish or a slippery satin finish. Maybe I'll cut a soft gray cover and sew it to my same size smooth satin neck pillow that I bought. Memory foam is useless.
