These are well fitting workout compression underwear with a perfectly designed cell phone pocket that keeps your phone snugly at the waist. I'm a size 34 waist, I ordered the medium and its a comfortable fit. Anyone larger than a 34 waist would want to get the Large. I would definitely buy these again.
