Review on A4Tech XL-747H Gaming Mouse, Blue Spider by Adam Wiedemann ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

No complaints, I recommend the product for purchase.

The first year is a very positive experience. They were diluted with a couple of features: 1) too high location of the side buttons. The button closest to the thumb should be significantly, 3 mm lower, you have to stretch your finger a little up and make a little more effort than on other mice. 2) 1 button to switch the DPI, if you want to make the sensitivity a little lower - you have to poke many times. It is treated through the included software by reducing sensitivity profiles. 2-3 DPI values are enough for most. 3) after 1.5 years, the paint began to peel off Unremovable sensor acceleration is a feature of architecture for all laser mice. If you do not use settings above 2400 DPI, then it is not actually noticeable, I personally have an FHD screen and I see no reason to use DPI above 2400, 800-2400 is the most commonly used range. Picky owners of 4K monitors may not like the behavior of the sensor at max DPI. Wheel - began to give double and triple clicks, skipping clicks after 4 years of use. Scored and reassigned to the side key, now the wheel is just a scroll. By the way, it is still quiet, unlike LMB and RMB. After 6 years, the wire braid frayed at the entrance to the mouse, close to the rubber anti-kink roller. Removed with tape. Why 4 stars? PRICE! I took it for 600, but now you won’t find it cheaper than 1000!

Pros
  • Reliability of LKM and PKM. Programmable buttons, macros. Form. Soft quiet scroll. Unbreakable cursor even at 800 DPI. In general, it is in its seventh year.
Cons
  • the location of the side buttons, the wheel, the only button for switching DPI Only two settings profiles (
