DO NOT ORDER. I needed a good watch for my new position as Nurse Manager. I received a watch that appears to be a return, possibly due to one of the other bad reviews here. Just a guess, but it's pretty clear that this watch wasn't new. The box was not wrapped in plastic, the instructions were crumpled and misfolded, the small piece of black plastic I had to remove to make the watch work was nowhere to be found. I put it on my wrist, set the time and after 30 minutes it just stopped working. If I pull out that thing you used to set the time, it starts up again for a few minutes and then stops. To return! Should have listened to the reviews. Also, from an aesthetic point of view, I thought the heart rate numbers would be big enough not to need a magnifying glass, and the date in the small window is very difficult to see because the date numbers are too big for the small window. All round horrible hours for a new or experienced nurse or anyone in the matter and in my opinion. And a pretty crappy third party that clearly doesn't care about their customers! So disappointed I needed it a week ago and was so excited to find out it was delivered. (Insert sentimental sad music here) Thank you Revane for your customer service. A positive sick ship will be back tomorrow and my account will be credited so I can buy a better one.
