I'm always nervous to purchase shoes or clothes online. However, I took a chance on these boots and I'm very pleased.I'm 5'2, 155 pounds, and have wide calfs. I bought an 8 because I figures if the boots were too big, I could just wear some thicker boot socks. The shoe/foot part is a little looser than I'd want, but like I said, I just wear a thick sock and they're wonderful. The calf part is a little snug. No way I can wear it with jeans or jeggins, but I can wear it with leggins (workout pants) and they'll zip up no problem.
