Review on Noctua NT-H1 10g Professional-Grade Thermal Compound Paste (10g) by Tyler Ramey

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Temperatures with i9 10850k and Noctua U14s cooler with this paste are acceptable. Easy to attach

Considering the Intel i9 10850k and 10900 processors tend to be hot processors, 31s idle and 65s at max temperature after several hours of use at almost 100 % CPU (no overclocking via the manufacturer's specifications) ), doesn't seem bad to me with this paste. Not sure if it's a paste, a cooler (Noctua U14s) or just a happy CPU. 2-3 months later; Temperatures appear to be stable and have not changed more than a few degrees since construction. I don't have any other thermal interface reference material to compare to this one on the current CPU and heatsink combo, but it seems to me to be more than enough for a 10th gen i9. This assumes you're not trying to do anything more than a minor overclock or overvoltage. The consistency is easier to apply than arctic products; doesn't feel as thick or sticky. I applied it by simply putting a dot a few millimeters from each corner and on the sides and a small drop in the middle; and installed a cooler. This is the manufacturer's how-to video on the Nocuta website. It is too early to say if this material will hold up over the long term.
