Product just received and already annoyed. The only reason I bought this was because the picture shown had an applicator which would make it easier to apply the product from the base of the lashes to the tip. I got that.
- As easy to use as eyeliner! Simply apply a layer to the base of the lashes on the upper eyelid, up to twice a day. Eyelashes do not need to be colored from root to tip. Consistency is key. Results vary from person to person, so it may take up to four weeks to see results.
