For on the go. The Pacsafe neck tape isn't easy to cut, but since I'll be wearing it under my clothes, that doesn't really matter to me. The bag is a bit shorter than most which would be fine except I keep my passport in a waterproof holder which is too big to fit without creases and the bag's design doesn't keep the folded part flat; The Travelon's larger flap area allows me to fold the top of the holder over the edge of my bag and use the Velcro flap to keep it fairly flat. The Pacsafe's cable and case design is slightly thicker than the Travelon, which lies flatter. If you want to carry a bag over your clothes in tourist areas, the Pacsafe is great for its added security and a little extra bulk won't matter. For underwear I prefer the flatter Travelon.
