I love this coat! It's 6 degrees today and I'm pretty warm. I bought the medium (mine is 5'9 145), the sleeves are long enough and they fit great in every way. I'm busty too (34D) and it fits great even if I want to wear a sweater or hoodie. I listened to the reviews and ordered a size up (large) first, it fit like a garbage bag. I had to send it back and get the medium. Stick to your usual size and you'll be fine!
