Sturdy and attractive, the slots are a little narrower and tighter than I'd like

What I like: It's so sturdy it can stand on its own, that's how I use it. I'm disabled and find it very difficult to use a hammer/screwdriver and nails/screws, so I'm pleasantly surprised by this option. It's on my computer desk against the wall, far from me but close enough that I can lean over and grab some. thick notebooks that I use for my work. I was hoping to clean up the clutter on my desk and free up any surface area occupied by those notebooks. I probably should have ordered a wider (longer?) slotted block. Organizing is apparently not my taste. Still on the learning curve.
