Overall very happy with this product. I bought 4 of these in total and they all arrived quickly with no damage. The only downside was that I got my last box only to find one of the smallest jars with no lid. I contacted customer service and unfortunately they were unable to send me a new cap. However, I received a $5 refund for not receiving all of the items on this listing. I'm happy with the customer service I received even though I couldn't get a new cap. I will eventually replace the small containers with larger ones so I don't get frustrated with not getting the missing lid. Overall I would rate the products 5/5. I am very pleased with how slowly my pantry is accumulating. (For anyone interested in the labels I have - they are purchased from Etsy (TheDwelingCompany is the username that sells these labels). It's also worth noting that the labels don't fully fit the smallest totes, but I do ignore the fact that it's a bit big as I'll replace the smaller ones with larger ones later)
