I read some of the 1 and 2 star reviews and have to admit that almost put me off buying this case. Most complaints were that their screen had a bluish cast, while others said their screen had bubbles that prevented their iPad from being used in a case. I decided to take a chance and place an order. When I received my case, the plastic shade was not only tinted blue, it was bubbly! This is because you have to peel off the blue film underneath the screen as well as the clear film above that is causing the bubbles! I just installed the case on my Apple iPad (5th Gen) and it fits like a glove! The click-on-screen is a plus for this much-loved foam case for kids who make 'the other boys'. I really think it helps protect against small drops. No, this case does not protect your iPad from your child standing on it. No case will do that. No, it's not waterproof or splashproof, as you'll need access to the ports, camera, speakers, etc., so we left them open. My kids love the handle that doubles as a stand. My only complaint so far is that I can't find a car headrest mount that fits this THICK cover. 🤦🏻‍♀️
