There isn't enough room in our family room for side tables next to the chairs we sit on most. Armchair armrests are thick and rounded, so attempts to balance a plate or drink usually end in disaster. These trays are a godsend. Attractive and durable, they have a handle strong enough to securely hold coffee mugs and wine glasses. I'm very glad I bought these instead of the ugly plastic bottles I've seen elsewhere. These bowls are great value for money and I highly recommend them.
