Doesn't fit and mediocre sound quality

Too long between hook and earpiece by about 3/8 inch as you can see in the picture I cut out the red part with the razor blade and reattached it with super glue to reduce the length to fit the earbud in my ear canal. Still shit. Sound quality isn't great, very tinny, no bass and no Bluetooth connectivity strength, well, just not either.
