I would like to return this product but I don't know how because I use it. The fact is that this item does not remain on the toothbrush during cleaning. I have been using an Oral-B electric toothbrush for about 4 years and have never had a problem changing brushes. What frustrates me is that every time I go to brush my teeth I eventually find myself with a brush head in my mouth and a motor/base in hand. and they are no longer connected. It scares me to brush my teeth because I know the disappointment that will follow. How do I return an item with 15 perfectly intact tips and 1 used tip?
