Review on 👜 Stylish Vaultskin Victoria Crossbody iPhone Leather Wallet Case - Holds up to 8 Cards and Cash (iPhone 6/7 / 8, Brown) with Chain & Leather Strap by Scott Kalinowski

First on the positives this wallet phone case was exactly what I was looking for for hands free travel as well as traveling with a baby and 3 summer child. It looks great and is relatively thin (but not thin enough for a car mount). I used it every day and a lot of people commented/asked where I got the case from. I don't need a purse when I carry this! I love that I can attach my keys, it holds a lot of cards/cash in two separate pockets (I have 9 cards now and could add more) and they are easily accessible (there is a slot on the outside pocket so you can... you can slip your finger in and the other pocket has an elastic strap that can be used to remove cards). I was even able to put a magnet in the outside pocket to attach the phone/case to my magnetic car phone mount. For or against, depending on use/need: the leather of the cases stretches, so you can add more cards. over time (but can also cause some cards to fall off, especially when the lanyard is open). Cons: (Image 1) The leather at the opening for the adjustable strap stretches causing it to constantly fall apart. (Fig. 2) The small leather ring that helped adjust the strap also came loose, making the strap coming apart aggravated. (Photo 3), as other reviewers have pointed out, the latches that connect the strap to the phone get released haphazardly all the time, and this is happening more and more frequently over time (only 3 months has passed). I need to replace the strap as it is unusable which robs me of the whole purpose of this wallet. EDIT - Vaultskin graciously sent me a new strap. Conclusion: the case is excellent, the strap is not very good.
