This pump has insanely powerful suction! Honestly it was painful at first, but for those who have elastic nipples and never feel "empty" with my spectra after 30 minutes, I'll stick with it. I'm getting more and more used to it with each session, but the first few minutes are rough. After a session of about 10 minutes, I got used to the suction power and no longer wince with every puff. I was also never able to double pump on my spectra for the entire 30 minute session due to my elastic nipples and the need for manual massage, so I was able to double pump and see the results, it was astonishing. I'm 7 weeks into labour, have twins and am 7 years old so being able to be mobile while pumping is a game changer. I'm currently on my 5th session with this pump so it's early days but for now I'll say it is! Brace yourself, but the result is worth it
