We attach them to our face masks so we have the mask handy (and not lose it) when we leave the house and take it off. The laces themselves are fine. I took off a star because I was hoping they would be easy to remove from one mask and reattach to another as we shoot throughout the week. But it's actually a little difficult to do. The plastic holders are fairly rigid/durable, which I think is good for preventing the mask from slipping off, but makes changing difficult.
