This camera can take good pictures, but not always. I missed some good photos of surgeries. I photographed the fireworks on July 4th and it turned out great. I'm having trouble getting moving pictures unless it's in burst mode. I'm not sure if any other camera would be better at this price point. I think maybe I should have paid more and gotten a better camera. This is our second cool camera. The first lasted almost a year.
